Dr. Wallace Ching, CFA, MA(Oxon)

Dr. Ching has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry spanning across securities research, asset management, private equity and private banking. He has negotiated and structured over US200 million of private equity and leveraged buyout transactions, and devised sturctured investment solutions to megawealth family offices . He has held senior positions at international institutions such as Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Pru Financials, Standard Chartered, Citi Private Bank, Morgan Stanley, UBS etc.

Wallace holds a PhD degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a MA (Hon) degree from the Oxford University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and co-founder of the LOG Charitable Foundation.

CC Kwong has spent over 30 years in banking and financial services. 

Mr. Kwong started his banking career at Citibank, New York, as a member of the Strategic Planning team. Later, Mr. Kwong joined Asian Oceanic Ltd, a U.S. and Hong Kong-based boutique investment bank, as Managing Director for Corporate Finance. 

From 1988 onwards, Mr. Kwong was the Chief Representative of Ferrier Lullin & Cie, one of the first Swiss private banks to open a Representative Office in Hong Kong.  Between 1998 and 2007, Mr. Kwong was initially Director for private banking at Deutsche Bank, Hong Kong, and later Senior Vice President at EFG Bank, Hong Kong. 

In 2007, Mr. Kwong co-founded La Roche & Co (Asia) Ltd, as the Asian banking arm of La Roche & Co Banquiers, one of the oldest and most prestigious family-owned private banks in Switzerland.  Over a period of three years, he developed the team and built AUM to US$300 million.
